How We Got Started
WCPG began as developers with a passion for creating exceptional multi-family communities. Along the way, we realized that by taking construction into our own hands, we could do it better—delivering higher quality, greater efficiency, and a seamless experience for our clients and the communities we serve.

With nearly 15 years of experience, we have owned, managed, built, and/or renovated over $7 billion in multi-family real estate. This extensive experience allows us to anticipate challenges, maximize value, and deliver exceptional outcomes at every stage of development.
