Passive House

We won a competitive bid to build a 50-unit certified passive house multi-family apartment building for BC Housing under a fixed price design-build contract.

The project is being designed and constructed to the International Passive House Standard administered by the German Passive House Institute and will achieve the international Passive House standard for new construction.

Project is scheduled to be completed in October 2018.

Harvestview

Harvestview is the hub of our Dawson Creek operation. We purchased a bare 49 acres, and have to date developed 13 acres of single family homes, duplexes, coach homes, and townhomes. This development was designed as an enhanced greenspace; many attractive features are sculpted into Harvestview’s landscape.

Panorama Ridge

Panorama Heights is the home to the majority of our Fort St John projects. This land was acquired in 2013 and since then has been the focal point of our Fort St John operation. This 4 acre plot is now the home to 100 condominium units, 126 townhome units, and 10 duplexes.

Trump Gardens is a five storey, 50-unit condominium that features the first underground parkade in BC north of Prince George.

Designed by PJ Lovick Architect LTD, this condo brought modern city living to the people of Fort St John. This condominium was so wildly popular that we ended up constructing a sister building that we call The Hudson.

The Hudson

The Hudson is a five storey, 50-unit condominium currently under construction with a completion date of December 2016.

Based off of the popular Trump Gardens, The Hudson features some design changes including a 30% size increase to the heated parkade, redesigned suite layouts, and some new finishes.

These 3-storey townhomes located in Fort St John, BC offer 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a huge tandem garage.

Created by C.A Design, The Cedar, was built to address a growing high end residential market.

This five bedroom, three bathroom floorplan was dialed up a notch with features like heated tile floors, granite countertops, and custom plumbing/tile work in the shower areas.

Designed by C.A. Design, these efficient townhomes became our most popular style of unit for sales.

These have been constructed as two storey, two bedroom, and two bathroom units that are perfect for a small family.

Dawson Creek

We have completed 25 suited single family homes of varying floor plans since 2015. As an upgrade, we offered the buyers an option of adding a detached carriage home complete with garage to their lot.

These homes have typically been built with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and double car garages.

Arbutus Duplexes

The Arbutus, designed by CA Design, is a suited duplex complete with a detached carriage home.
